I just thought I'd drop you a note to thank you for the great service you provide us. Delivering plate material, urgently, when I miscalculate (!), is an invaluable service, and very much appreciated, as is your normal delivery service, which is also very prompt.
As well as that, Liz, I'd like to thank you very much for all the technical knowledge you have given me. It has helped me make a much better quality plates. And I now have a better understanding of the material I use.
